About me

With 10+ years of experience in business operations and IT project management, I am a certified professional (PMP, MSP, Six Sigma & SCRUM) and highly experienced in operational change, benefit realisation, risk identification and mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. I have successfully delivered complex and multi-million-dollar projects across various industries and clients, using both waterfall and agile methodologies.

I believe when something amazing happens, it's because a Project Manager made it happen. That's what I love about my work; I love solving problems, motivating my team and making it happen. I’m here to help.

Outside my day to day role, I’m a volunteer Firefighter, leading my Teams as a Deputy Captain safely through emergency incidents & training exercises. Awarded the National Emergency Medal and Long Service clasps. It’s incredibly rewarding to give back to my community over the last 20+ years.
